Meticulous Heritage Restoration of Manly’s  last original beachfront cottage to provide a residence of unparalleled sophistication, elegance and luxury enjoying sparkling views over the surf to the horizon from headland to headland.

The two year restoration of Brise De Mer, named in 1906 after the French phrase for “sea breeze”,  was architecturally ­remastered by our Heritage Architects, Conybeare Morrison, to preserve its heritage-listed features, while adding an impressive layer of opulence and sophistication.

The works involved a labour of love by us and a pride in the understanding of the importance of Brise De Mer’s history and transformed  in a four bedrooms and three bathroom masterpiece.

Masterfully redesigned to ensure privacy while optimising panoramic ocean views from both levels, it features sweeping formal and casual living spaces,  four bedrooms, three bathrooms, premium finishes, Miele appliances and spectacular alfresco entertaining areas. High patterned ceilings, leadlights, timber floors, ornate fireplaces are fused with C-Bus automation, private lift to its own carparking,  home theatre and a palatial whole floor parent’s retreat that opens onto a  terrace with stunning beach views. Family living areas flows via bi-fold doors to a rear entertainer’s terrace with remote-controlled retractable roof that are complemented
